Opcon dive wear and accessories
All Opcon apparels and accessories are covered by a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, dated from the time of purchase. However, this warranty coverage would extend only to the workmanship and not the materials once the product has been used (that is, once it has been worn and/or was submerged in water).
The above warranty does not cover normal wear and tear during use, fading and degrading of materials from the elements, intentional and/or accidental damage, misuse or Acts of God. This warranty is also limited to the first owner or the original purchaser of the product. Nor does it cover any alterations or modification of the product by third party sources. Any warranty claims without proof of original purchase (the original sales receipt or shipping invoice), would be considered invalid.
Opcon Pte Ltd would honour the warranty by repairing and/or replacing the whole, or any parts of the product, as it deems neccessary. Customers are responsible for bearing all shipping costs. Opcon Pte Ltd would bear the cost of reparing/replacing the damaged part should we deem the warranty claim to be valid. Should we deem the product to be beyond the scope of the warranty, any repair work carried out would be charged to the customer.

Promate System Corps dive products.
Promate warrants their product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one year. This warranty is limited, however, solely to the repair and replacement of original parts, which, in Promates opinion, are defective in workmanship or material. This liability on promate's part shall be limited solely to the cost of the affected part, all other costs are borne by the original purchaser.

- defects, deterioration or damage due to normal wear and tear.
- damage or defect to the product due to negligence, accident or misuse.
- Alterations or modifications to the product by someone other than promate or an authorized promate dealer.
This warranty declaration is in lieu of all other expressed or limited warranties of promate, including any implied warranty or mechantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Promate doesn't not assume, on it's behaviour, any other obligation or liability
