Shipping Options
Our shipping partner is SingPost, which offers a world wide air express courier service to most major destinations in the world. Subjected to the custom processings at the customer's respective cities, ordered items are expected to arrive at customers' doorsteps within 5 to 13 working days.
While the shipping costs are shown to be shipped by weight, the bulk of the items have also been taken into account, for multiple orders and/or bulk purchases, please contact us directly for better shipping rates and further discounts.
As we mature in our business, we will offer more comprehensive shipping options for customers depending on the demand, so feel free to give us any feedbacks.
As of now, we regret that while we are working with our shipping partners to widen the range of available shipping destinations for our customers, we are as yet, unable to offer shipment to every single destination. Again, please contact us should you not be able to find your preferred shipping destination on the shipment options page.
Returns Policy
Because of the nature of gear that we sell, we regret that goods once sold are not refundable, this applies to all wetsuits (c'mon, think back to the number of times you've peed into your wetsuit during a decom stop !), dive gears, and other accessories. We do offer warranties on all the products that we carry (please visit the warranty page here). Should you find any items to be in unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
